GOA QUIZ CHAMPIONSHIP (GQC) FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS
Goa Quiz Championship (GQC) is an online quiz competition for students of Classes 3 to 12.It is organized by Space Odyssey Education in association with Education Committee, Goa Chamber of Commerce &Industry And Goa State Innovation Council .It is a Quiz like no other as it is not a test of plain facts or knowledge. It is a test of concepts, of understanding, of logic, of presence of mind, of sometimes working out the answer without knowing much about it to begin with. The underlying goal is to give the students a taste of skills that will hold them in good stead in real life. The quiz is MCQ.
All you need is a smartphone or a laptop to participate in the online quiz competition.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
All school students from Classes 3 to 12 are eligible to participate in GQC. Students from outside Goa who have a genuine interest in Goa are also eligible to participate but must bear in mind that being Goa-oriented, the Quiz will have about a quarter of questions related to Goa – its history, culture, specialties, accomplishments, famous people and more.
Participants are divided into 3 categories:
- Sub-Juniors: Classes 3 to 5
- Juniors: Classes 6 to 8
- Seniors: Classes 9 to 12
