How to Find and Seek out Happiness?

Many scientist are working on what makes people happy the most.  And yes,  happiness is indeed the only source to continue living on earth.   "Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, when one only remembers to on the lights." Happiness often comes from within.  Learn how to control your negative thoughts. Try to find happiness even on the smallest things you have.  Fill up your day with positive vibes. 
This is a human tendency to look over in the negative side rather than the positive side.  We try to chew over on bad experiences than the good ones.

DON'T TRY TO STOP THINKING NEGATIVE 

Own your worries.  Telling yourself to stop thinking about something only makes you think about it more.  Admit the truth to yourself.  This will help you to get some comfort. 

 BE YOURSELF 

When you are feeling negative about something, then take a moment and ask yourself what is  right and what is wrong.  Ask yourself what advice would you give to a person standing on your place. Now try to apply the advice on you. Enjoy your own company !

 BREATHING EXERCISES 

Breathing exercises can help you reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, insomnia etc.  Yoga would definitely help you to get rid of your problems and make you a better person of yourself. Do yoga, meditation... etc. 

 DON'T FEEL YOURSELF DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS 

Thinking about negative thoughts will only makes you feel different from others. Well, this is very common to all of us.  So stop over thinking. There are so many stuffs you can do instead. For eg,  watch a movie, read a book,  find yourself a new hobby, listen to music  etc. 

 BE A FIGHTER  

"Anything's possible if you've got enough  nerve."  It takes us time to stand against our weaknesses. But if you can stand up against your problems then you'll be the happiest person ever. Sometimes it takes time Fight on and change your weakness into your strengths and your threats into opportunities.                   

 SPEND TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES

You could be more yourself with the people you like. So spend quality times with your family and friends. During this pandemic situation,  we had enough time to be with our family. Having breakfast, lunch and dinner together, watching movies, watching favourite shows together in tv. We can find happiness in everything we want.  

RELAX YOURSELF IN NATURE 

 Nature is the greatest blessing for human life.  Be lost in nature, you'll find yourself. Go for walks, morning or evening or both.  Or just sit beneath the night sky and put your headphones on. Listen to your favorite music and just go with the flow of sweet melody.  

 ENGAGE YOURSELF

Get yourself busy with your favorite works. For example,  do cooking, gardening, painting, or find yourself a new creative hobby that you enjoys doing.  You can also do some house works.  If you have any pets,  play with them.  You can also talk to a friend. Anything that makes you feel better. 

BE KIND - HELP AND SUPPORT OTHERS IN NEED

You never no what others are going through - they might even be going through tuff situations than you , lend a helping hand , hear them out , give them good positive advice and help them find happiness and you will find happiness blooming within you . 

DON'T FORGET - 'FIND HAPPINESS IN THE SMALL THINGS IN LIFE'

Focus and set small goals in life , try and find happiness even in the little of things.!
