Vitamin D Foods
Decreased levels of vitamin D in the body can cause you to have muscle aches. Eating a diet rich in vitamin D can help keep bones and muscles healthy. Sunlight is the best source of vitamin D. Foods rich in vitamin D include squid, herring, red meat, egg yolks, breakfast cereals, mushrooms, soy milk, oats, and cod liver oil.
